• Good references from landlords along with being clean and responsible.

• Occupants living of 2 persons per bedroom.

Bad Credit WILL NOT prevent you from qualifying

Providing there is not a pending approval of another application. If the home if free and clear then yes. The dollar amount to hold is $100 dollars. Once approved the money will be put towards completing your applications.

Should you change your mind not to rent after you approved, you will forfeit your entire deposit.

If you are not approved, your deposit will be returned within 30days and mailed to the address you provided on the application.

Safe and leagl animals weighing under 30 pounds that will not destry the property or harrass others can be considered with an animal deposit

Should there be any issues with the animal disturbing other residents will result in immediate removal of the animal.

We strive to complete the process within 24 hours of submission. Should you apply at 4:00pm on Friday, your application will not be ready until Monday.

No. We prefer that you wait until your lease date. This allows us plenty of time to conduct our walk throughs to make sure everything with working properly and ready for you.
